Let's Give It A Start!!

In this post, I present you all with CURTIN UNIVERSITY!! It was the first week in Curtin, and we had our startup week. Well, I can already sense the fun behind! Too bad, unlike Chung Hua, this startup week only lasted for a week. But, I can totally agree that, I HAD MY FUN!!! Nice job, SOARS!!

From the first day to second day, I was thinking, "Duh, talks only??" But, I was proved wrong. We were divided into groups, and I was in the group Newton Ptolemy. Our group leader is a raising star, he was awesome!! The third day, the fun began with some Treasure Hunt session. We was given a scenario, where a girl named Daisy was looking for her father, and we were required to find her father. We got it right, so do other groups. From that moment, I started to enjoy the whole thing, a good start though.

Hmm..I didn't really remember all the activities, and I was lazy to refer to the timetable. But a memorable one, our group presentation on startup night. From the beginning, we didn't expect ourselves to win, but we won! With a big hamper and RM50 of Delifrance voucher, it's totally thrilling! And even more, our group leader, Bryan won the Curble, or whatever award, and we had another RM50 of Delifrance voucher, which made it a total of RM100!! WOW!!! I had never won!! However, we won with some difficulties. There was a member who had full attendance, and he suggested a lot for the presentation. But that night, he ditched us!!! What the heck?? Never mind him, we won anyway, and most important of all, we had fun!! XD

U can imagine how much mosquitoes are there in Curtin if we could slap down such an amount of mosquitoes..

And this night, our last startup night. We had our O-nite at KSL. For a start, our group, the Indigo group, well we've been regroup, went for frisbee session. WOW, it's a nice game!! I am considering to join the club XD Then treasure hunt. I was the leader, and yeah, we got 3rd placing!! After that, dinner and fun time. We sang and dance, and everyone was very high!! (p.s It's like clubbing, but dun worry, I will not go into one XD) A memorable night =D
