Aim: To decrease my weight and build up my body
Hypothesis: My weight will drop to 58 in 3 months time.

Manipulated-Training time
Responding-My weight
Constant-Type of exercise (Jogging and swimming)
Intro:
My weight has increased rapidly from 58 to 63kg after SPM!! My pants become tighter, body has become flabbier. Therefore, it's essential for me to keep fitter and build up my body. (Inspiration from Larry!!!=D) Larry, I am starting my 1st run!! =D
Well, these few days I had been jogging at the Bulatan Park, 6-8 rounds each time. Swimming less often. At night, 50 push ups and 50 sit ups. I found out that my Chemistry and Physics textbook are highly useful!!! Thick and heavy, nice substitutes for dummies. ><
